Office Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at Shion Canada Immigration Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support in our office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including preparing invoices and bank deposits.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a smooth operation.
- Enter data accurately and efficiently, using our database systems.
- Organize and schedule office work to meet deadlines and priorities.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience an asset, but not required.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
