Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team at EightSix Network. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for assisting our chefs in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist chefs in preparing and cooking food items, including cutting, chopping, and butchery.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to standard food sanitation requirements.
- Execute high-end contemporary and classical Italian cuisine recipes with accuracy and precision.
- Work collaboratively as a team member to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Line Cook or equivalent role.
- Strong knife skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and maintain a positive attitude.
