We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to join our culinary team at EROS CONVENTION CENTRE as a Culinary Team Member. This is a permanent position that requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate Special Events: Assist in planning and executing special events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer experience.
- Menu Planning and Food Requisition: Collaborate with the culinary team to plan menus, estimate food requirements, and requisition necessary supplies.
- Kitchen Operations Management: Supervise kitchen staff, maintain inventory, and ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Staff Training and Development: Train and develop kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking, and handling techniques.
- Quality Control and Maintenance: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and quality.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment inventory.
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure the kitchen and work areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
