Culinary Team Member

We are a dynamic and fast-paced restaurant looking for a skilled Culinary Team Member to join our kitchen team. As a Culinary Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Execution
Plan and prepare menus that meet the needs of our customers, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences.
Food Preparation and PresentationPrepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
Kitchen Operations and ManagementSupervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Inventory Management and ControlMaintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we always have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
Health and SafetyInspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet the highest standards of health and safety.
Requirements- Education and Experience
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and at least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
Certifications and LicensesFood Safety Certificate.
Work Conditions and Physical CapabilitiesAbility to stand for extended periods, attention to detail, and physically demanding work environment.
