Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food service team. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Staff
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our staff who prepare and portion food. This includes ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Train and Develop StaffThe Restaurant Operations Manager will also be responsible for training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures. This includes conducting regular training sessions and providing ongoing feedback and coaching.
Quality ControlThe Restaurant Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all food and service meet our high quality control standards. This includes monitoring food preparation, presentation, and serving processes.
Scheduling and AdministrationThe successful candidate will also be responsible for establishing work schedules and performing other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements- Education
A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required for this position.
ExperienceThe ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in managing food service teams.
LanguageFluent English language skills are essential for this position.
AvailabilityThe successful candidate must be available to work 40 hours per week.
CompensationThe estimated salary for this position is between $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
