Key Responsibilities:- Supervision: Lead a team of 3-4 people and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks.
- Recruitment and Training: Develop and implement recruitment strategies, manage training and development programs, and ensure that all team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Administrative Tasks: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, compile data and statistics, order office supplies, and maintain inventory.
- Work Conditions: Work under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
