Vaghela Enterprises Inc is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervision: Lead a team of 3-4 people and provide guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks.
  • Recruitment and Training: Develop and implement recruitment strategies, manage training and development programs, and ensure that all team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Administrative Tasks: Answer telephone calls and relay messages, compile data and statistics, order office supplies, and maintain inventory.
  • Work Conditions: Work under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and adapt to changing priorities.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
