We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Security Guard to join our team in the Industrial sector. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of client assets, tenants, and visitors to the assignment area.

What We Offer
  • Competitive pay: $20.00 per hour
  • Reliable transportation reimbursement: $0.55 per KM
  • Shelter pay: $4.00 per hour (12-hour shift)
  • Meal expense: $15.00
  • Complete uniform and on-the-job training

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment
  • Patrol the site, deter crime and trespassers
  • Report all events at the site and submit end-of-shift reports
  • Enforce property regulations and city by-laws
  • Protect client assets from theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues
  • Provide excellent customer service
Requirements
  • Valid Class 5 Full Driving License
  • Previous experience in the security industry (an asset)
  • Valid Manitoba Security Guard License
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a stressful environment
