Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Security Guard to join our team in Portage la Prairie, St Leon, and Manitou. As a Security Guard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of client assets, tenants, and visitors to the assignment area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment by patrolling the site, deterring crime and trespassers, and reporting all events.
  • Enforce property regulations and city by-laws on the client's site.
  • Protect client assets from theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to emergencies in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Complete daily reports and incident reports as required.
Requirements
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Valid Class 5 Full Driving license.
  • Previous experience in the security industry (asset).
  • Valid Manitoba Security Guard license.
  • Ability to work in a stressful environment and provide leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer service oriented and able to work in a team environment.
