About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Supply Chain Operations Coordinator to join our team at Septodont. This is a permanent position with an estimated salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be accountable to the Supply Chain Director and will be responsible for coordinating departmental tasks, training initiatives, investigations, special projects, and continuous improvement initiatives within the Supply Chain Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead administrative tasks by coordinating and managing documentation, internal files, records, and metrics.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the department to rollout key site-wide program initiatives, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and standards.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers and Supply Chain personnel on material needs, including raw material sourcing, bill of material review, inventory checks, and chemistry release timing to ensure production readiness.
  • Facilitate investigations for the department, monitor and report quality process metrics, and represent the department in cross-functional investigations.
  • Ensure Supply Chain training compliance by preparing training packages, documentation, and scheduling training sessions.
  • Support execution of the inventory management strategy by performing cycle counts, assisting in setting safety stock strategies, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Compile task lists and coordinate execution across one or more supply chain functions.
  • Organize meetings, conference calls, video conferences, and take minutes as required.
  • Provide memos, reports, presentations, letters, agendas, itineraries, and confidential materials as needed.
  • Act as a backup for batch record printing and verification.
  • Assist with organizational, departmental projects, and other duties as assigned.
  • Maintain GMP and regulatory requirements, ensuring quality standards are met.
  • Observed and support all safety guidelines and regulations.
  • Demonstrate the Company Mission, Vision, and Values Statement, policies, and standard business practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • University or college degree in a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of related experience, preferably in a supply chain role.
  • Able to work in a self-directed team environment.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
