Located in the tri-city area, Pivotal Integrated HR Solutions is currently searching for a Logistics Supply Chain Coordinator to join their team.

This full-time role involves negotiations with carriers, scheduling local deliveries and meeting tight deadlines. Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Able to use logistics routing software and navigate complex regulations
  • Knowledge of Ontario Highway Traffic Act and hours of service requirements
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills

In this role, you will be responsible for independently managing multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulations.

The estimated salary range for this position is between $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
