About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Strategic Supply Chain Innovator to spearhead initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and optimize our supply chain strategy. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset with hands-on experience in implementing process improvements, driving change within the organization, and ensuring a robust and efficient supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive ever-improving results by leveraging ATS Business Model (ABM) tools, consulting skills, and change management processes.
  • Assist ATS leadership in developing and executing an ABM roadmap at ATS and act as Champion with ATS Industrial Automation.
  • Promote and facilitate development in various ABM tools, transactional improvements, and kaizen leadership.
  • Drive ABM culture and build ABM excellence within the organization.
  • Benchmark and incorporate best practices within ATS and outside organizations.
  • Assist in establishing and achieving Goal Deployment and Strategic Plan objectives.
  • Evaluate and appoint a Global ATS Supply Chain Leader who would be specifically driving the Supply Chain objectives.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with strategic third-party suppliers that result in the development of next-generation tools and products that will enable ATS to deliver to its customers.
  • Through the new Global IA Supply Chain Leader, develop and implement supply chain strategies that ensure the efficient and cost-effective flow of materials, products, and information.
  • Monitor supply chain performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance reliability and responsiveness.
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks to ensure continuity of supply and achieve best-in-class performance.
  • Leverage technology and data analytics to drive supply chain innovation and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent experience in continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive projects from conception to completion.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
