Job Title: Food Service Supervisor
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Western Restaurant Franchises Inc O/A A & W Restaurant. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a Team: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Inventory Management: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
- Work Setting: Restaurant.
- Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, bending, crouching, kneeling.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player, initiative, dependability.
