Kitchen Staff/ Line Cooks

**Batch 44 Brewery** and Kitchen is located on the Beautiful Sunshine Coast in Sechelt, B.C.only 50 km from Vancouver that is still affordable to live.
We currently have openings for line cook/Supervisor.
Our menu is simple fresh made from scratch dishes ,Burgers, tacos, pasta, flat breads and salads.
We are looking for individual who is team-oriented and demonstrate ambition, commitment and consistency with a positive attitude and work well under pressure.
**Line cook/Supervisor duties and responsibilities**:
Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food
- Executing the menu, stocking and maintaining station, kitchen cleanliness and closing down assigned kitchen section and ability to lifting 40lbs
- Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
- Train new staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures
- Supervise and check delivery of food
Must be able to work 8 hours shift 5 days a week (Wed to Sunday)
Must have minimum 3 years experience
Require food safe level 1
Wages start at 23 an hour + tips
Pay: From $23.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
