Job Title: Strategic Communications Lead - Marketing

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to join our team at Winston Hawthorne & Co. as a Strategic Communications Lead - Marketing. This is a permanent, full-time position that will play a key role in developing promotional materials, marketing business services, and managing media relations for businesses, governments, and organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop effective promotional materials that showcase our clients' services and expertise.
  • Market our business services to a wide range of audiences, including businesses, governments, and organizations.
  • Plan and control budgets and expenditures to ensure optimal ROI.
  • Write and edit press releases, newsletters, and other communications materials that effectively convey our message.
  • Direct and evaluate the performance of our media relations departments to ensure they are meeting their objectives.


Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as marketing or public relations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages and communicate them effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong client focus and initiative.
