About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Ah-So Korea/BUSU. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team in preparing and cooking complete meals and specialty foods for events such as banquets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate new cooking techniques and new equipment to cooking staff
  • Create new recipes
  • Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Possession of Other trades certificate or diploma or equivalent experience
  • Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work under pressure

Work Environment

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to the salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including group insurance benefits, life insurance, health care plan, dental plan, and disability benefits.
