About the Role:

At Ah-So Korea/BUSU, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new recipes and menus to meet the evolving tastes and preferences of our customers.
  • Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service.
  • Manage kitchen inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative and delicious dishes that showcase our culinary expertise.
  • Ensure that all food safety and hygiene standards are met and maintained.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a head chef or equivalent role.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
