Job Summary:

We are seeking a Patient Services Specialist to join our Halifax Downtown clinic. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer pre-testing services to patients
  • Communicate with patients in person, via phone, and through billing processes
  • Manage appointment bookings, prescription printouts, and billing and payments
  • Uphold excellent customer service standards using your charisma and problem-solving skills

Requirements:

  • Customer-facing experience, preferably in a retail environment
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • A high level of comfort using technology and computers
  • A professional, approachable manner and a love of meeting and interacting with people
