Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Choice Janitorial Service Ltd. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our staff and management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff and management team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Scheduling: Schedule appointments, meetings, and events, and ensure that all necessary materials are prepared.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, reports, and other documents.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with staff, management, and external stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
