Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Choice Janitorial Service Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes coordinating seminars, establishing policies and procedures, recording meeting minutes, and scheduling appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient office operations
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events
  • Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Maintain and manage digital databases
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs
