Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team at Tim Horton's. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during peak hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and train food service staff to maintain high-quality food and service standards
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure adequate inventory levels
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and employee performance
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
