Job Title: Shift Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Pita Pit Blue Mountain. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are working efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and our team members.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of our staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports to management.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the shift.
