Job Title: Landscaping Supervisor

Join Green Bell Landscaping as a Landscaping Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and technical skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and directing grounds maintenance, organizing and directing construction of decks and decorative or retaining walls, and managing and supervising landscape construction work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance to ensure high-quality results and meet customer expectations.
  • Organize and direct construction of decks and decorative or retaining walls, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
  • Manage and supervise landscape construction work, including planning, coordinating, and executing projects.
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support project requirements.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to work sites as needed.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and handle heavy loads.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and clients.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
Working Conditions:
  • Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and precipitation.
  • Stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel to perform tasks.
  • Use heavy equipment and machinery, including backhoes, chain saws, and tractors.
