Job Title: Landscaping Supervisor

Join GREEN BELL LANDSCAPING as a Landscaping Supervisor and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and technical skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and directing grounds maintenance, organizing and directing construction of decks and decorative or retaining walls, and managing and supervising landscape construction work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance, including lawn care, tree service, and grounds maintenance.
  • Organize and direct construction of decks, decorative or retaining walls, and other landscape features.
  • Manage and supervise landscape construction work, including planning, coordinating, and executing projects.
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs, including tracking materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in landscaping or a related field.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to work sites.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with a team.
Working Conditions:
  • Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
  • Work with heavy equipment, including backhoes, chain saws, and tractors.
  • Stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including bending, crouching, and kneeling.
