About Sensei Lanai
Sensei Lanai, A Four Seasons Resort, is a luxurious wellness enclave set within the pine-covered mountains of Lanai. It offers an adults-only, luxurious wellness experience featuring personalized journeys, spa treatments, fitness and well-being classes, lectures, and exciting island activities. The resort also features dining by Nobu, providing guests with a unique and memorable culinary experience.
The Role
We are seeking a Luxury Dining Experience Coordinator to join our team at Sensei Lanai. As a member of our Food & Beverage team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. Your primary duties will include assisting the Food Server in providing an enjoyable expertly served dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
You will be responsible for clearing tables and resetting them neatly, rapidly, and completely according to specification. In addition, you will perform side work, polish silverware, refill condiment containers, and crumb tables. This role requires the ability to lift up to 40lbs and applicants must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
About the Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an individual who poses an affinity for service and has general food knowledge. The ideal candidate will have good personal presentation and interpersonal skills. They must be able to perform this position to Four Seasons Standards and have a can-do approach to any task.
