Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Office Support Specialist to join our team at Kinetix Wellness. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our staff, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of our office, including maintaining inventory, ordering supplies, and managing office equipment.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our staff, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
