Rosewood Kitchens is seeking an Office Support Specialist to join our team. As an Office Support Specialist, you will be responsible for arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. You will also be responsible for recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, as well as determining and establishing office procedures and routines.

The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. You will also be responsible for scheduling and confirming appointments, answering telephone and electronic enquiries, and compiling data, statistics, and other information.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as Adobe Acrobat Reader. You will also be responsible for ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory, as well as greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas.

As an Office Support Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team and will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff. Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
