About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Territory Account Executive to join our team at Brambles. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in our commercial manufacturing and retail customers portfolios.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multi-year strategies to drive revenues and gross profits through collaborative business planning.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial manufacturing and retail customers, leveraging our end-to-end channel strategies.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights and recommendations to inform sales strategies.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of sales and account management experience in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strong understanding of commercial manufacturing and retail customers, including their business models and pain points.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
