Job Description

Job Summary:

The Territory Account Executive - Commercial Growth Specialist will be responsible for driving commercial growth and executing strategic priorities within our commercial manufacturing and retail customers portfolios. This role will focus on building strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and developing innovative solutions to drive revenue growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-year strategies to drive commercial growth and profitability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial manufacturing and retail customers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and profitability
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to drive commercial growth and profitability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the customer's business and needs
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure business continuity
  • Develop and implement plans to drive customer engagement and loyalty

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in sales and account management
  • Proven track record of driving commercial growth and profitability
  • Strong relationships with commercial manufacturing and retail customers
  • Ability to develop and implement innovative solutions to drive commercial growth and profitability
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
