Job Summary
TOTEM Recruteur de talent is seeking a highly skilled Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and providing expert advice on insurance products.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring expertise in insurance products and services
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Meet or exceed sales targets, consistently delivering high-quality results
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in insurance sales or a related field
- Strong understanding of insurance products and services, including personal lines and commercial insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Bilingualism (English and French)
