We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist and market products and services to new and existing customers
  • Assist with customer related payment solutions and account discrepancies
  • Document customer accounts accurately
  • Respect and uphold privacy and protection of customer information
  • Meet and exceed individual targets and performance expectations
Requirements
  • Bilingual Spanish is required
  • Ability to work independently and within a team and maintain accuracy
  • Ability to work flexible shifts
  • Strong organizational and active listening skills to determine the appropriate course of action
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Experience in accounts receivables at various stages of overdue payments, call center or customer service environments is a plus
