We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at Handyman Connection of York, ON.
About the Role- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Manage customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner.
- Provide product and service information to customers, ensuring they are informed and satisfied.
- Work with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of customer interactions and sales activity.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience in a retail or service-based environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
