AutoShack, a leading company in the online and retail automotive parts industry, is on a dynamic growth trajectory. With over 45 years of experience, we are expanding our online presence and increasing our retail footprint across North America.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support the company's growth and profitability.
  • Provide strategic guidance on mergers, acquisitions, and other business development opportunities.
  • Manage capital structure, including debt and equity financing, to support growth initiatives.
  • Lead efforts to secure funding for expansion, including managing relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions.
  • Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements and reports in accordance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, including tax and audit requirements.
Mergers and Acquisitions:
  • Identify, evaluate, and execute potential mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships that align with the company's strategic objectives.
Operational Finance:
  • Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial control systems.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in senior financial management roles, with a strong background in retail, e-commerce, or related industries.
  • Extensive experience in corporate finance, budgeting, mergers and acquisitions, and taking companies public.
  • Strong understanding of capital markets, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Exceptional computer skills, particularly in financial modeling, reporting, and analysis tools.
  • Conservative mindset with a focus on long-term financial stability and risk management.
