Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Product Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring our clients receive the best possible support for our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our software solutions and features
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers
  • Assist in the development of training materials and documentation
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a software or technology industry
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
