Key Responsibilities- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve customer issues
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our software solutions and features
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers

- 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a software or technology industry
- 3+ years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment
