Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Veolia. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person visits
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Veolia WTS products and systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, process and controls, and product management to ensure effective problem-solving and issue resolution
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Veolia WTS products and systems, including RO/ED, UF/MBR, Ion Exchange, P&D, ADT, and Thermal technologies
  • Communicate effectively with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution
  • Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) teams to identify and resolve systemic issues across the business
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and issue resolution

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience with Veolia WTS systems or equivalent industry experience
  • 5 years of client relationship management experience
  • Ability to multitask on several concurrent projects
  • Strong focus on customer relationships (both external and internal customers)
  • Ability to effectively present ideas and information through the spoken and written word

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant field experience working on Veolia WTS products
  • Background in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) tools
  • Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Water Treatment field
  • Strong knowledge of and/or demonstrated ability to learn new equipment and processes related to Veolia WTS products and systems
