Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Sip A Tea - The Bubble Tea Experts. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Budget Management: Analyze and manage the restaurant's budget to optimize profits and ensure financial stability.
- Operations Evaluation: Regularly evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of our daily operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Menu Planning: Collaborate with our culinary team to develop and implement menu changes that align with our business goals and customer preferences.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of staff to ensure that we have the right people in place to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that our restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
- Supplier Negotiations: Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best possible prices for food and other essential supplies.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner, ensuring that we maintain a positive reputation in the community.
- Event Management: Plan and execute events and promotions that drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Work Setting: Willing to relocate and work in a fast-paced environment
- Language: English
- Hours: 35 hours per week
