Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technology Transfer Manager to join our team at Pharmascience. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the technology transfer of new pharmaceutical products and processes from development to commercial scale.

About the Role

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., pharmacy, engineering, sciences)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in technology transfer or a related field
  • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  1. Manage the technology transfer team and provide guidance on technology transfer best practices
  2. Develop and implement technology transfer plans and strategies to meet business objectives
  3. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  4. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, suppliers, and customers
Work Environment

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment. They will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $100,000-$130,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits.
