Inventory Control Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Inventory Control Specialist at Real Canadian Superstore.
About the RoleThis is a permanent full-time position that involves maintaining computerized stock inventory, unpacking products, counting, weighing, and sorting items. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating an electric palette jack, and pricing items according to the price list.
Responsibilities- Maintain accurate computerized stock inventory
- Unpack and process incoming stock
- Count, weigh, and sort items as needed
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Pricing items according to the established price list
- Operate an electric palette jack to move stock efficiently
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No degree, certificate, or diploma
- Flexible schedule with ability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory management systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
