Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Data Analytics Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with clients to translate business problems into high-level analytics solution designs, develop end-to-end solutions, and present analytic solutions to business audiences.
Responsibilities- Design and develop high-level analytics solution designs to address business problems
- Develop end-to-end solutions based on in-depth understanding of business problems
- Present analytic solutions to business audiences, highlighting robustness and potential business value
- Collaborate with client stakeholders and Tiger's global team to manage analytics projects
- Participate in discussions to select and apply relevant analytic techniques and create actionable business insights
- 7-12 years of professional work experience with at least 5 years in data analytics
- Ability to engage with executive/VP level stakeholders to translate business problems to high-level analytics solution approaches
- Solid understanding of statistical and machine learning algorithms
- Strong project management and team management skills
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with analytic tools like R, Python, and visualization tools like Qlik or Tableau
