Tiger Analytics Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Product Manager to join our team at Tiger Analytics. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business value from data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to design and deliver high-impact analytics solutions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of business problems and translate them into actionable analytics solutions.
  • Lead the development of end-to-end analytics solutions, ensuring efficient, predictable, and sustainable delivery.
  • Manage analytics projects, working closely with clients and our global team to drive successful outcomes.
  • Oversee the design, development, and management of business-ready data within our Enterprise Data Foundation.
  • Drive coordination between domains, products, and projects to promote reuse and reduce redundancy.
  • Communicate results to senior management and business teams, developing plans to operationalize analytics solutions.
  • Build data roadmaps to meet hydration targets and support timely delivery for global data initiatives.
  • Ensure data cataloging is accessible to business stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in product management, data analytics, data science, and data management and operations in business-facing functions.
  • 3+ years of experience leading advanced analytics and big data solutions, large-scale data modeling.
  • Ability to engage with executive/VP level stakeholders to translate business problems into high-level analytics solutions.
  • Excellent ability to identify sources of value from data analytics across core business domains.
  • History of working in agile environments and successful estimation and delivery of complex products.
  • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to break down complex information into relevant points.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business-oriented and innovative solutions using data science, feature engineering, and machine learning.
  • Strong people management skills with ability to develop teams and cultivate talent.
  • Graduate in Business Analytics or MBA or equivalent work experience.
