About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on transformational leader to join our team as a Plant Operations Director. This individual will be responsible for directing and coordinating all manufacturing activities at our facility to meet and exceed operational goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to drive plant performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of manufacturing professionals to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, customers, and suppliers.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of company assets.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing leadership role, preferably in a plant management position.
  • Proven track record of driving plant performance and achieving business objectives.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards, with the ability to ensure compliance.
