We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Plant Manager to lead our manufacturing operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving performance, improving efficiency, and ensuring the highest level of quality in our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and improve plant performance
  • Lead and manage a team of production staff, ensuring effective communication, coaching, and development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in plant management, with a strong background in manufacturing operations and leadership
  • Proven track record of driving performance improvement, cost reduction, and quality enhancement
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions
