About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Plant Operations Director to lead our manufacturing operations at IKO. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving performance, improving efficiency, and ensuring the highest level of quality in our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and improve operational performance
  • Lead and manage a team of manufacturing professionals to ensure effective execution of production plans and schedules
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and employees
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and optimize operations

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in manufacturing leadership roles, preferably in a plant management position
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving efficiency, and reducing costs
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and drive informed decision-making
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business administration
