Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Property and Casualty Insurance Agent to join our team at Paramjit Plaha Insurance Agency. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for contacting and assisting clients to sell property and casualty insurance products offered by our organization.

Main Responsibilities
  • Client Assistance: Assist clients by applying changes, cancellations, and updates to their contracts, ensuring their needs are met effectively while advising and educating them to ensure complete satisfaction and retention.
  • Personalized Client Contact: Establish personalized telephone contact with clients, creating a climate of trust conducive to the sale of home or auto insurance policies. Educate and advise clients on our products while adhering to our company's underwriting policies.
  • Sales Opportunities: Seize all sales opportunities, solicitation, and product offers to drive business growth.
Qualifications
  • Education: College diploma in a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years of relevant experience, with previous insurance experience in various property and casualty disciplines, such as underwriting, claims, sales, or service, being an asset.
