Store Manager

Job Summary:
The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operation of a Spirit Halloween Consignment Store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability. This includes establishing and maintaining guest services, controlling expenses, and managing shrink, merchandising, inventory control, staffing, setup, pack-up, and teardown of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain guest services to ensure maximum sales and profitability
- Control expenses and manage shrink, merchandising, inventory control, and staffing
- Setup, pack-up, and teardown of the store
- Manage and maintain a flexible schedule
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- 21 years of age or older
- Prior retail management experience
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
