Assistant Store Manager

At Rogers Communications, we're looking for a talented Assistant Store Manager to join our retail team. As a key member of our store operations team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with store leaders to develop and implement strategies that drive customer engagement and loyalty
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer service goals
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Develop and execute plans to promote Rogers & Fido brands and services
- Engage with customers through personalized communication and outreach
- Participate in community events and outreach efforts to support local small businesses
