About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Rogers. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team of sales associates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve customer experience
  • Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to ensure a high-performing team

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a leadership role
