Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with store leaders to develop and implement strategies that drive customer engagement and loyalty
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve store operations
  • Develop and execute plans to promote Rogers & Fido brands and products
  • Engage with customers through personalized communication and outreach
  • Participate in community events and outreach efforts to support local small businesses
