Key Responsibilities

  • Manage sales pipeline, including phone calls, broker and client meetings, follow-ups, and email correspondence.
  • Attend daily sales huddles to stay informed and aligned with the team.
  • Stay up-to-date on pre-construction, resale, and rental market trends.
  • Book appointments and take clients and brokers for site tours.
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working in a sales environment, with real estate experience preferred.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to work long hours during the launch phase of a project.
  • Experience with CRM database management systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Vehicle and valid driver's license required.
