Job Description

The role involves:

  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Answering telephone calls and relaying messages
  • Responding to electronic enquiries
  • Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and making reservations
  • Preparing correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Performing data entry tasks
  • Providing exceptional customer service
Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates must have:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Bondable and basic security clearance
Working Conditions

This is a fast-paced environment that requires working under pressure with tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, multitasking skills, flexibility, and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $55,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include a permanent work term, English language requirement, and 30-35 hours of work per week.
