Key Responsibilities- Monitor the Safety of Our Customers' Personnel
- Manage Emergency Alerts and Escalation Protocols
- Respond to Emergency Situations with Calm and Confidence
- Provide Basic Troubleshooting and Technical Support
- Monitor Weather and Road Conditions
- Provide Excellent Customer Service
- Maintain Records and Prepare Reports
- Fluent Written and Spoken English
- Written or Spoken French
- Strong Work Ethic and Attention to Detail
- Ability to Work Autonomously and Efficiently
- Proficiency in Technology and Data Management
- Minimum Five Years of Customer Service Experience
- Previous Experience in a Customer Service or Dispatch Role
- Valid First Aid and CPR
